Professor John Bryson is a world-renowned expert in public administration and governance. Over the course of his career at the University of Minnesota, he has studied and written about eras in the prevailing culture of governance, particularly in the United States. We are now at a point where commitment to the core principles of the Constitution is fraying, with deep consequences for the work of government.
