When LOVEtheLOU Executive Director and Founder Lucas Rouggly moved to North St. Louis with his wife, they had a simple mission: to spread love to their neighbors. Since 2008, Lucas has brought together a team of passionate workers and hundreds of volunteers to help serve the city and restore the neighborhood of Enright.
