After earning a dual Master’s in International Relations from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and Sciences Po (Paris), Chloe worked as a consultant on a variety of projects for international organizations such as the UN Security Council and World Bank, in areas ranging from technology and biometrics, to terrorism, law enforcement, and domestic and foreign secret services. She  is also involved in the Jewish Community as a Senior Fellow at Manhattan Jewish Experience.
