The sermon text comes from 1 Corinthians 10:1-13.Nominal and cultural Christianity may fill the pews with bodies, but in the end, it fills hell with those who follow their own vain and empty religion. The Apostle Paul issues a stern warning to the Corinthian Church and to us. He warns us that religious identity and religious affinity cannot possibly save us. He warns us that even if we enjoy an abundance of blessings now, it does not mean that God is pleased with us, nor should we be assured of His continued favor.
