Listen "Psalm 5"
Episode Synopsis
The third set of seven beads is taken from verse 8. I find this an almost daily prayer, "Lord, lead me," and then make my way straight, giving me wisdom for the journey.I cannot answer the great "problem of evil" question. However, I find peace in Psalm 5:4, in the knowledge that God does not "delight in wickedness," that evil is not allowed to travel with God. Go with God.I am re-releasing Praying through Psalms as a podcast, and will call it Season 3.You can find the paperback on Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/s?k=praying+through+psalms+cindy+hamilton&crid=3HELEC7E7CP1K&sprefix=Praying+the+Psalms+cindy%2Caps%2C173&ref=nb_sb_ss_p13n-pd-dpltr-ranker_1_24The second book in this series was released three weeks ago.Meditations and Prayers from the Old and New Testaments: A Guide for Contemplative Prayer Using Anglican Prayer Beads. It, too, is on Amazon or wherever books are sold.I am always grateful for your reviews on Amazon, for both books.I hope you had a wonderful Pentecost Sunday!!
