Everything else is a poor translation." -Thomas Keating (Rumi) In this short episode we explore Silence and why it might be of benefit for you to practice Silence yourself. My practice for the last few years has been Centering Prayer. Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, prayer in which we experience God’s presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself.
