From a very young age, we’re asked what we want to be when we grow up. The problem with this question is it’s based around what we want to do, not who we want to be. Purpose is not an occupation. Jobs are external and often temporary. When a certain career path isn’t an option anymore, we can feel empty.
The 3 pillars of my purpose development program look like this:
Creating self-awareness through self-exploration
Build new foundations and take action
Maintain it. How do you keep yourself accountable?

I’ll walk you through these pillars in the next episodes, but for now, know that you can stop looking externally for your purpose. It’s inside of you.
