What a great attitude and an approach I find so suitable to property.This week we have Toyin of Icon Range join us and talk us how they jumped straight into property after watching Homes under the hammer... and deciding property was the route for her and their family. Over the 13 years after buying a property via an auction journey Toyin explains how each day is a lesson and that when you learn to utilize the power of leverage the ability unlock more opportunities than ever imaginable begin to start. Most people I meant starting out in property let the emotion of wanting a property deal take over but with experience Toyin has learnt to take that emotion out of the property deal and gain the ability to be able to walk away from deals because the numbers dont work for you, more often than not the deal comes back to you.
