Lauren Eyles is an experienced Executive, Board member and Coach who loves guiding leaders through change.
One of her passions is supporting and inspiring women through her podcast, the Female Executive’s Survival Guide and her coaching work. Another is advocating for business, as a Business NSW Councillor and a Director of Business Hunter.
Lauren enjoys shattering glass ceilings (she was the second woman in 136 years to be elected President of Business Hunter*) and learning. She holds an MBA and a Masters degree in Sustainability. Lauren lives on Awabakal Country (Lake Macquarie) and can be found drinking a flat white, reading a business book or swimming laps at the local pool.
