Today is Day 2 of my strategic planning weekend and, well, I spent the day trying to close some loose ends and make new introductions.
I’m very real in this podcast with activities that I needed
to get done to prepare for next week, follow-ups I’m behind on and, well, everything in between. Getting to the next level takes time and care …and, I’m not ashamed to admit when I get behind and need to spend part of my focus on follow-ups.
