Join me, Nabeel Rahman, a registered social worker as I have honest discussions around being a person of colour, an immigrant, a Muslim and working in the field of mental health and community development. Through our conversations, we take on a holistic approach that recognizes our lives as multi-dimensional. We might be well integrated in some aspects of our life and struggle in others.
