Episode Synopsis
How do you define living a good life? To me, being satisfied and living a good life starts by being physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. But there is more to it. It is a combination of satisfaction in all areas of your life–work, family, relationships, health, finances. Satisfaction is really just being OK with where you are at. But do you want more out of life? I do. I want to optimize every aspect of my life.
Today we are going to talk about 3 areas of optimizing your health which are integral for the rest of the areas of your life. Which is to say that these 3 core health areas influence the rest of the areas of your life.
They are your physical health, mental health and financial health. This is partly taken from the book, Stop. Challenge. Choose. By Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen. In this episode, I will walk you through rating yourself in each of these areas. Then I will share how you can make changes to any area of your health that you are not satisfied with.
