When we drop into the heart, we understand difficulties as learning opportunities. No ego dramas of ‘why me?’ etc. We acknowledge it, flow with it, and move on from it all through release and surrender.Do we affect our relationships through an ego-driven state of being?Are we happy with what we do and who we are? Do we know the difference?Do we grey honesty to fit in with current societal demands? The ‘monkey mind’ energy rules the roost if we let it. It does not touch our hearts. Forgiveness of self is heart-fed. It brings us into the energy of now. We find and build on heart memory through being.
