On todays episode Shanda reads one of Mike's favorite passages from Gates of Fire (one of many)and they discuss the meaning and importance of what this passage means. Think along the lines of, "your breath is more important than mine" = buddy breathing, suicide of the self, the internal self that is not the physical self and how this is the glue that was the Spartans.
