Bio: Cindy Carrillo is a seasoned businesswoman with over 45 years of experience. She founded and led Work Options Group, a national B2B company providing work/life services to Fortune 500 employees. Under her leadership, the company served over 1 million employees before being sold in 2009.
After selling her business, Cindy transformed her life by starting a coaching, farming, and short-term rental business on a 35-acre ranch in southwest Colorado. She has worked with leaders in the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors on leadership development, business growth, and strategic initiatives. Cindy is also known for conducting strategic planning retreats and problem-solving meetings for executive and work teams.
Cindy has served on numerous non-profit boards, including leadership positions at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and Deming Center for Entrepreneurship. She founded the Women’s Council at the Leeds School of Business and led the Women Inspiring Leadership Development Conferences for over five years.
Currently, Cindy runs her Immersion Coaching Program on her ranch, helps business leaders find their next steps, manages the ranch with her partner Matthew, and hosts guests at their Airbnb, entertains friends and family on their property...which admittedly “Does Not Suck” as the tagline on their T-shirts attests.  
She recently published her debut book, "Finding Your Nxt – When You’re Ready For the Life You Really Want."
Cindy's extensive experience includes private enterprise, retail, non-profit, and government work, making her a proficient mentor, coach, and public speaker. She continues to enjoy her life on the ranch, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
