Megan is a renowned coach, facilitator and speaker who specialises in helping women in business overcome the overwhelm and achieve optimal mental health, wellness and balance in their lives.
She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified ThetaHealing Practitioner, Master Certified Practitioner & Coach of Neuro Transformation Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Business, Major in Human Resource Management.
Throughout her 20+ year career, she has coached and mentored over 10,000 leaders, employees, women in business and clients and has developed a unique approach that combines practical strategies with compassionate support to help clients overcome their limiting beliefs and achieve their goals. Her focus on mind-body wellness and holistic healing has earned her a reputation as a respected health and wellness coach in the industry.
Her passion for coaching began during her own journey as a high-performing woman in the corporate world. Inspired by the coaches, healers, and mentors she worked with to help manage her stress and mental health, she set out to create a program that would provide the tools and guidance she needed to achieve balance and wellness.
She is obsessed with changing the lives of others and helping those who struggle with their own mental health.
