Listen "Episode 9: Change Something"
Episode Synopsis
You'll learn a lot in this conversation with Aaron Janus, including what an axolotl is. (spoiler: it's a salamander) You'll also get some key advice, like know your path forward, even if you're just setting out. And don't reinvent the wheel; do what others who do it well do. Consider getting a coach early in the game to hit the fast track to success. Change and refresh to keep moving forward. Listen to this conversation with Jennifer Nelson, founder of Scout Real Estate, as they sort out the best tips to personal growth and business success. Aaron is the Managing Broker of the JanusGroup at RE/MAX Integrity, a tight knit collaborative team of real estate professionals whose mission it is to help their clients realize their house goals with expertise + heart. Their team provides a transparent, compassionate, and dare we say fun experience for buyers, sellers and investors of residential real estate across the Seattle area. Aaron has been in the business for 17 years. When he's not real-estating, he loves to spend time dadding with two boys, 10 and 13, traveling, enjoying nature, and collecting Narwhals (which are the unicorn of the sea, you know). Aaron has been in Seattle since 1996, which pretty much makes him a native. He holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from the Foster Business School at the University of Washington. Currently, Aaron lives in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle.
