She was a USA Today/Parade Magazine/WBCA All-America in high school breaking state records as a freshman. She went on to be All-American Division 1 Basketball Player and Academic All-America at Iowa State University before being drafted in the WNBA.  After enjoying a successful start to her career in the highly competitive industries of collegiate coaching, TV commentary, and medical sales, she was inspired to cultivate a deeper bond with people and transition her career into leadership consulting through performance psychology.The thread of her career journey has been woven together through deep connections with others while elevating mindsets and organizational performance.
