Athletes...you are not alone! The transition out of sports can be extremely difficult, frustrating, and even scary. As athletes, our sport becomes our identity. We tend to lose ourselves because of it.

Our Podcast is a platform for athletes to all their story beyond sports. While allowing our guests to share their experience with the transition, we hope to give guidance and enlighten our listeners who can relate.

We will also explore other gifts and talents of our guests while also tapping into the intellect of topics unrelated to sports.
