I took a break for four months to get my life and thoughts together. This year was filled with stress, uncertainty, and anxiety for me. Through those experiences, I realized I was taking on some negative attitudes. Sometimes, we tend to get in our heads and overthink things. I've experienced it many times and I am here to talk about my experiences with overthinking and internalizing negative things and how I got over it.
