Human Design's over arching 'goal' is to reduce resistance in life by living our designs. Childhood neglect and trauma can make being in your human design experiment more challenging because HD experimenting is all about getting out of our minds and letting the body make our decisions.

When it comes to this topic I (Andrea) am essentially clueless. And yet this is something I bump into all the time when guiding people in their HD experiments.
