As we crack some great beers from Bearded Owl Brewing and Bearded Iris Brewing, we get down to how we constructed a BBQ and smoke centric dinner including smoked chicken wings, pork belly burnt ends, and smoked beef ribs (wow they are huge!). We share our personal tips on BBQ and smoking, what kind of sides we love the most (the pimento cheese dip is tops), and also discuss what brews we like to pair with our offerings.
