I speak with Hicham Benhallam and Kim McMasters of the Richmond post-rock band Post Sixty Five. We discuss the life and death of Hicham's father, and how plans for a final visit and funeral in 2017 were disrupted by US efforts to enact a "muslim ban." The Post Sixty Five song Middle Child explores the grief and loss of losing a parent, and we talked about releasing the music to the world in 2020 when performing and gathering would not be possible.
