Coach Rhoades dives into his playing days at Lebanon-Valley and what made him a successful player and leader and how it has shaped him to be an elite leader as a coach. This style is one that is derived from hard work and a chip on the shoulder attitude. A captain for the 2020 rams is Marcus Santos-Silva. An incredible worker and leader by example. He explains his strengths in leadership and talks how VCU is growing in there mentor ship as well as finding creative ways to lead through these uncharted waters that the virus has put in motion.
