Listen "Triggered"
Episode Synopsis
It's common these days for younger and older generations to talk about or mock the idea of being "triggered" emotionally by something. Instead of being "warning lights," these unwanted emotions seem to control us. What sets them off? How do we move beyond surrendering in safe spaces or stuffing our emotions down in denial?
