About Kate:
Fresh out of university, I worked with some of the biggest names in the spa and beauty industry, Elemis and Champneys, alongside developing own label skincare lines for Sainsburys, Waitrose and John Lewis. I quickly honed my skills in sourcing the best, optimising purchasing and enhancing procedures for profitability. Before moving on to spend the next ten years, as an integral part of a renowned UK female entrepreneur’s senior leadership team.
My journey has been marked by creating, from the ground up, two beauty brands with launches into Boots, Sainsburys and Tesco, to name but a few retailers, whilst also driving transformative growth projects for a number of travel, fitness, and health & wellbeing brands.
I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning, and that’s why I completed the University of Cambridge Sustainability Management program. It helps me stay on top of industry advancements and trends.
One of my strengths is my keen attention to detail. I have a knack for identifying and prioritising what truly matters for your success. Focusing in on 5 key areas my signature approach optimises your purpose, people (customers), products, pricing and processes, empowering your business for long-term, profitable success, even after my direct involvement comes to an end.
