In this episode we change direction and invite Dr Cynthia Handrup from the University of Illinois at Chicago to discuss her passion of performing and teaching psychotherapy. Dr. Handrup is a recognized expert and has numerous examples of presenting and publishing on psychiatric nurses using psychotherapy. She is able to share her perspective of the journey of psychiatric nurses using psychotherapy going back decades. She shares her success stories  and imparts some lessons she has learned along the way. She also shared her preferred form of therapy that she practices and teaches.
