Thirty minutes with Mary Beth left us in awe of how smart, kind, and passionate she is. In this episode, she chatted about one of her specialties- family dynamics- and how some toxic dynamics can feed into generational trauma if left unchecked. Mary Beth specializes in treating teens and young adults, with a focus in family dynamics, relationships, anxiety, transitions, and trauma. Her graduate degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University (right?!) allow her to assess, diagnose, and treat social, psychological, and behavioral disorders and illnesses.
