Listen "E26: Letting Go with Love: What Dusty Taught Me About Peaceful Flow"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I share something deeply personal and tender, an experience that’s still fresh in my heart. Last week, my family and I said goodbye to our sweet Golden Retriever, Dusty, after 11 beautiful years together. He wasn’t just a pet. He was family. A constant, a comfort, a quiet teacher of presence and love. This conversation is a reflection on what it means to grieve with intention, to feel fully, and to find peace even in the most painful of goodbyes. I talk about anticipatory grief, the emotional waves that came before and after Dusty’s passing, and how I found unexpected moments of clarity, acceptance, and love in the midst of it all. Dusty showed me, especially in his final days, what the Peaceful Flow really means. Not forcing. Not fixing. Just being. Just loving. Just surrendering.
