PB + Jacksonville Episode 19: Red Lips for the LadiesRed Lips For the Ladies is a semi-new nonprofit organization here in Jacksonville, founded by a quartet of ladies, including Indie B. Bollman, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR and Joanna Sisler - who are the guests of this week's podcast.Red Lips for the Ladies came to due to unforeseen employment change, something we're all too familiar with these past three years. Indie and Joanna wanted to create an atmosphere for those who have been displaced and are looking for community and confidence.Through their use of networks, Red Lips for the Ladies has put on great events to aid those who need resume services, interview prep, doors opened, introductions made, and a group of like-minded people who want to come together to support each other.For those going through a job change or for those who want to support others who are, I urge you to listen to these two ladies discuss how this organization came to be and how you can take part in the great work they are doing.A big thank you to Indie and Joanna for spending some time with me in discussing the great work they are doing.
