Health, wealth, and motivation for himself and others are his passions.In 2020 is when he first entered the real estate world. Chase now has hard money lending, flipping, a rental portfolio, a local business master mind, an HR consulting business, and more. The process of learning and helping others is his favorite thing.Growing up for him, it was always the standard, go to college, get a degree, and work for a corporate job. As an engineer turned business owner, he loves numbers, solving problems, and loving the process of it all. However, most engineers don't love working with people. So the combination of people skills and problem solving has been a catalyst to help grow rapidly.Since starting Chase has grown from 0 rentals to rentals in multiple states and growing multiple income streams.
