In today’s, society the safety of the children in our care is both more important and more difficult then ever before. Just as the days when a parent might allow their child to go play unsupervised in the front yard may be a thing of the past, so too are the days when agencies can be casual about checking in and out program participants, or not establish clear policies surrounding the pickup of those same children.
