This episode was cursed!  We were plagued by audio issues; the sound is all over the place and part was cut off at the end.  If you can get past that it's actually a really cool episode, today we have two NON-MDers, who know near nothing about MD, on to shoot questions at MDers.  Questions were not prepared ahead of time, this is all off-the-cuff.
