Jacques Schwarz-Bart is a saxophonist whose music will transport your mind to a place where the organicity of the music is palpable. His new record is The Harlem Suite.  This music is a paean to the Harlem of the not so distant past, when New York City north of Central Park was less gentrified, more raw and gritty; a tribute in Jazz.
Jacque shares some of his personal story which is remarkable.  Knowing more about Jacques adds depth of understanding to the music. His inspirations are elemental, natural, easy to relate to, but where he goes with them is extraordinary.
