Mitch Docker is in his thirteenth year making a living off of racing his bike, a team captain at EF Education First, Mitch possesses a humility and objective reason seldom found in a professional athlete. And he has amazing hair.

In a refreshingly candid interview Mitch opened up about the possibility of never racing again, the empathy required to be a team captain, the changing shape of the pro peloton, life in the peloton and life after it.
