I'm so excited to introduce you to Kelly Smith; the host of the podcasts Mindful in Minutes and Meditation Mama and the founder of Yoga For You.Creating a meditation practice that will actually stick + how meditation changes your brain We all know that we *should* be meditating, but we don't always know where to start, or how to create a simple practice that will fit into our busy and chaotic lives.
