Listen to episode 19 with Tim Westfeldt https://youtu.be/hwjGZ3bZlSYConnect with Cass: Website Facebook Instagram LinkedIn About Cass and her Coaching PracticeHi there! I'm Cass and I'm thrilled you're here. At this point, it's possible you're asking yourself if I might be the right person to Coach you. It's a big decision! So why am I a great choice?
Because I've been. Through. It.I've experienced most forms of abuse in my life (sexual, emotional, physical, psychological) and repeated abandonment. I grew up in unsafe conditions with a family impacted by alcoholism, generational trauma, and mental illness. As a result, I struggled with eating disorders, self-harming, obsessive compulsive tendencies, my own substance abuse, and self-sabotaging behaviors.I spent years working with traditional therapists where I was at best treading water. While I did manage some small improvements,
the underlying patterns were still there and completely out of my reach with talk therapy.I was looking for deep change and healing. I found Emotional Hygiene and started really learning about myself. The truth, not the stories I was telling about myself. Change started to happen instantly. Over the past six years, I've overcome chronic anxiety, repaired my ability to experience intimacy and stability in relationships, found my voice, found a career that I LOVE, and learned how to feel and use my emotions. Things that didn't seem
possible before.I completed my training with Tim Westfeldt, founder of the Westfeldt Institute for Emotional Hygiene and the Emotional Hygiene method. I'm regularly mentored by him to improve my technique and broaden my knowledge.Beyond my training in Emotional Hygiene, I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Business Administration. I'm a trained social worker specializing in families with children. I'm also a yoga teacher and believe that the emotions, body, and spirit are
connected and all must be given attention to find full healing. As an Emotional Hygiene Coach, I want to help you find your way back to yourself. What are your emotions trying to tell you? What do you want this one great life to look and feel like? Who are you underneath all the layers of trauma and social expectation?
