The church today, which is supposed to be the gathering of believers as the body of Christ, has been found in a mess, rotten and smelly, and falling apart at the seams! Even the word “Church” brings disgusting feeling to our society. So, we are going to begin a journey that reminds us about this thing we call church! We want to look at the gathering of believers as the scripture has declared to us. This will encompass the letter to Timothy, the letter to the Ephesians, portions of Acts and Revelation.
The first chapter sets the stage for what is going on in the church that needs to be addressed, what has already been addressed and encouragement for the minister to teach these things.
