Cara Flynn is the host of the 1 Year 1 Fear podcast and founder of Beyond Barriers, both focused on the sharing of personal stories and facing down fears to find the magic that lives inside all of us! She has spent what feels to her like a lifetime scared and putting up self-imposed boundaries on herself. It wasn't until later in life that she realize that she was struggling with ADHD, which left her feeling less than, terrified, and unable to live the bold and adventurous life she desired. As she has faced these fears and accepted herself, she has begun the journey of living a creative life that is limitless. Her thought process doesn't know a straight line and it is her hope that you embrace, like she does, the beauty in the wildness that lies within all of us!
