Implementing new habits can be really tough sometimes, In this episode I want to share some habits which I think are really important to get your life together! These habits are : 1. Incorporate a 10 minute clean 2. Write a daily gratitude 3. Don’t go to bed with a dirty sink 4. Learning to reset 5. Have an exciting daily goal 6. Slow down 7. Make your bed every day 8. Add Stretch/ movement 9. Take a REAL break 10. Use the two minute rule
