VISTA Table Talk is a virtual series hosted by Up2Us Sports where we provide an opportunity for our VISTA members to come together to discuss the work they’re doing and the impact their organizations are making. The goal of VISTA is to provide organizations with capacity building AmeriCorps members to support organizations' mission to alleviate poverty. This month, in alignment with AmeriCorps Week (March 7-13), we brought together three VISTAs to reflect on what national service has looked like during COVID-19 and how their youth sports-based non-profits have adapted to meet the needs of their communities. Panelists shared their first-hand perspectives on what it’s been like, what has changed, and what they anticipate it will look like moving forward.
