On a winter evening in January, Morgan goes out to find her cat Echo. She tracks him to an unusually dark shadow in the middle of a park where she can hear Echo but can't see him. Twelve weeks later, a security guard finds Morgan and Echo standing in front of Queen Hatshepsut temple in Egypt; Morgan still dressed in her winter parka.
