In this episode of Organizing Life's Daily Demands, Peter Gordon speaks with Nancy Ruffner, a patient advocate, consultant, educator, and coach. Nancy serves as the voice of patients and their loved ones and she was among the first in her industry to earn the credential of BCPA (Board Certified Patient Advocate). She has designed and delivered coursework within a gerontology curriculum that ushered talented people into the senior care industry. Along with her online consulting, Nancy has served as an Adjunct Instructor at both Duke and NC State University's lifelong learning programs teaching a course of her design.
You will find Nancy guesting on podcasts or presenting at events and conferences on topics involving navigating a complex healthcare system, solo and successful aging, communication techniques, planning, and living with chronic conditions. Nancy has answered a call within her industry to coach both new and young-in-business owners to connect with clients and grow their practices.
