Why Hello everyone and welcome to this week’s episode of Orange Juice optional. 
Having been on trips to different locations, listen in as Suzanne and Michelle finally find a moment to catch up and compare recent stories and experiences. The first thing on the list to share, is a poor customer service experience that Michelle knows Suzanne can relate to.  Spring boarding off this experience, the ladies then discuss why feedback is important to a business, how to handle conflict as a business and the importance of remaining calm and kind when tensions start to rise.
