Jasmine is a certified Zumba teacher, group fitness instructor with an AFFA Aerobic and Fitness certification as well as a health and wellness coach with a personal training certification from ACE (American Council of Exercise).
For the first time, Jasmine openly discusses her childhood, growing up in Florida, overcoming the struggles of an eating disorder, finding the strength to leave a relationship and through her unwavering faith in God, has stepped into her power and inspiring and helping others to find their happiness and positive mindset as a fitness coach and Zumba instructor.
