OPEN FOR BUSINESS® is an educational business to business show that was created in 1999 by Carriage Trade Public Relations® and hosted by Marjorie Young. The show was created to help small business owners learn tips and advice to grow their company. In 1989 when Marjorie Young was helping with her father’s company, Carriage Trade Publishing, she reached out to the local business community and asked many other entrepreneurs for business guidance. Eventually, she started capturing all this advice and sharing it with other small business owners. Thus, OPEN FOR BUSINESS® was launched.
