Fear, doubt, worry, guilt, and shame! Yep! Happy holidays!!! This time of year is filled with all of that. And, somewhere in there, shines a glimmer of hope. None of that, not even the hope, truly serves you. The bottom line is this: fear, doubt, worry, guilt, and shame are all paralyzers and lead you closer to death. People say that fear is a negative emotion. Others write that fear is necessary to keep you out of danger.  The truth is that fear paralyzes you and doesn’t let you think straight. That’s not good for your relationships - any of them - at home, at work, or in the community. You need awareness and choice.  As noted in my first book, Choosing Your Power, awareness leads to choice and choice leads to greater awareness. That’s an ever-expanding spiral, not a contracted or incapacitated dot. And this thing about hope? Oh, it’s good to break through inertia. And, hope is not a plan. It’s not a substitute for a plan. I’ve watched people swing from fear and guilt to hope. It’s like they’re holding onto strands of smoke. And then, on their descent, they confirm what they knew: that they weren’t good enough. Snap out of it. You ARE good enough. It’s time to get real clarity and certainty. Will you earn what you desire this year? YES. How? By being certain of it AND taking the steps needed to get there  (a series of small steps gets you to the next level). Your mindset shift affects how you show up.  If you’re in a space of worry, your clients cannot buy from you. If you’re in a space of certainty, your relationships change (at home, at work, and in the world). See the bright future? Get certain that it’s yours!
