Author, podcaster, tv host, and life coach - Jocelyn talks about the journey of what it takes to Break Down To Wake Up (also the name of her book). She had a “normal” life and was doing well. She and her husband decided to make a big life upheaval and move across the county. She got the blessing from her job and off they went, as a family of three. Something still nagged at her and she began a journey of true self-discovery. She notes: THE DETOURS IN OUR LIFE LEAD US TO EXACTLY WHERE WE NEED TO BE.
