If there was one thing you think society should talk more about, what would it be?“The difference between authenticity and sincerity and the impact being sincere has on our relationships”__________________________________________________________________________Dr Tom Tonkin is a self-described “recovering executive” whose academic and professional experience make him a wealth of knowledge on organizational leadership and development. He currently serves as the CEO of the Conservatory Group, an organization that provides businesses with high-touch services to improve management, sales strategy, and team performance.Tom spent 19 years of his career at Oracle Corporation, as the Senior Director of the Sales Performance Group in Oracle’s Global Sales Academy. He also served in various leadership roles at Oracle in both Sales and Consulting. Tom is an award-winning researcher and author and his industry background includes Healthcare, Insurance, and Telecommunications, with a focus on organizational behaviors.  He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA) and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, with honors, with a focus on Leadership and Management from Regis University (Denver, CO).Tom is a firm believer in the power of sincerity to help people live more fulfilling lives. He is currently writing a book on the topic which has involved a significant amount of research - something he loves! :) With so much turmoil and disagreement in today’s world, Tom is a breath of fresh air whose philosophies offer enlightening perspectives on business, politics, relationships, and more.
