In keeping with continuing the conversation around racism in our culture, we continue listening and learning from people who have direct experiences.This week we get to have a terrific conversation with Michael Posey. Michael is the Lead Pastor of Church of the Harvest in Evansville, IN, and they are a multi-racial church. We get to hear some of his experiences of growing up in inner-city Chicago, his time in the marine corps, joining a mostly white congregation ministry, and the relationship that formed there with the lead pastor. Michael has an incredible way of talking about things that might be blind spots for us when we think about race, or the reason behind even some of the thoughts we have when it comes to race.
